What causes bacne is a question that a lot of people have had on their minds lately. When you think of your body don't try to think of your arms, back or head as separate organs. They are all interconnected and like us our bodies need to breathe too. This is why we have tiny pores all over our bodies and these pores help our bodies cleanse themselves and get rid of toxins. This is usually in the form of sweat though some toxins are also removed in the form of urine (not by the pores). Bacne (acne on the back) and acne occurs when the skin is irritated from external sources. The irritation could be in the form of sweat or in some cases we may use certain products that irritate the skin and cause acne too.
If you are someone with bacne, ask yourself how you may be irritating your back's skin. People with thick hair on their backs tend to use razors on their backs and are likely to experience bacne. Such people don't need a bacne cure they just need to go for better alternatives such as waxing which is so much safer and quicker too. So consider swapping that razor for a waxing session and see how that works.
We tend to think that just because products such as soap and body washes are called "soap" or "body wash gel" they would be good for the skin. The problem with some of these products is that they tend to consist of certain chemicals that could irritate the skin. Some soaps are also known to dry the skin because of high pH values. Go for herbal soaps because these tend to be natural and natural soaps may even consist of nutrients that would be beneficial for the skin in the long run. Just because commercial soaps smell or look good that doesn't mean that they are great for the skin.
People who exercise and have overactive sebaceous glands on their bodies are likely to get acne and bacne too. You know how some people claim that they have oily skin and sweat a lot? They don't actually have oily skin. They have oil glands in their skin that are very active. Everyone has these glands because they help lubricate the skin but some people have sebaceous glands that are overly active. The buildup of oil in the back's pores may be one of the reasons due to which you have bacne and since the skin on the back tends to be thicker than skin elsewhere this could be affecting you too. Just consider showering two to three times a day. Go for shower gel and use a loofah too. You'd think that loofahs and scrubs would aggravate the bacne but these are designed in a way that they would help you get rid of the dirt and oil stuck in your pores that cause bacne. Do not overdo it though.
Another factor that most of tend to ignore is our diet. If it's possible for foods to causes rashes, allergies and such like, bacne is no exception. Certain foods have high glycemic indexes which means that they get absorbed by the body faster than those foods that have low glycemic indexes. Junk foods tend to have high glycemic indexes as opposed to natural and whole foods. In some cases even natural foods could cause bacne. Dairy products, gluten, oats and wheat could lead to a bacne break out. Try to find substitutes for these and see if the bacne subsides. Bacne could even occur due to an allergic reaction to these foods. So do try to go for organic foods and substitutes or stop eating certain foods altogether.
No matter what the cause of your bacne may be, before you go for any of these bacne treatments you have got to be more confident about your body and skin. Being confident about your body would help you get rid of the bacne a lot faster and you won't have to worry about bacne breakouts either. Have you ever noticed how positive people seem to have flawless skin? That's because they are happy in their own skin and take good care of it by making healthy choices in their lives that affect their skins in good ways.
