Help Get Rid of Acne by Introducing Garlic to Your Diet

I'm sure you've all been told by your parents and elders about the health benefits of garlic. Sure every once in a while you end up having some garlic when it's an ingredient in a meal, but I want to tell you that's not enough.
Everyone who has told you that you should be eating more garlic for its health benefits has been right all along. By adding two small cloves of garlic to your diet, preferably raw, and eating a clove in the morning, and another in the evening, you can see some dramatic changes in your skin quality, and a reduced amount of pimples and blackheads.
There is a plethora of people who have been suffering from acne for extended periods of time, finally deciding to add two cloves of garlic to their diet, and seeing significant changes in their skin, starting anywhere from as quick as a week, to as long as a month, simply by eating garlic daily. There have also been individuals who have introduced garlic to their diet, and noted that previous methods and remedies they tried to help get rid of acne were suddenly more effective than before. A medication that had no effect previously, is suddenly highly effective in clearing up acne.
If you're one of those individuals who absolutely cannot stand garlic for whatever reason, there exist odorless garlic capsules, of which you can take two in place of a fresh clove. Such capsules can be found wherever vitamins are purchased in your area. They contain dry crushed garlic, serving the same purpose as a fresh clove. Of course, it is highly recommended that you do in fact consume fresh cloves instead of the dried, processed alternatives.
Garlic has a large amount of anti-oxidants in it, and it is generally a great antiseptic, helping to kill bacteria very quickly. Using it on a regular basis in meals, or perhaps even crushing it, and adding it to a cup of warm water to drink in the morning and before bed, the results are going to be the same.
